Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Since every EuropeanDialects product is made to order and printed specifically for you, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with your experience as our priority.

What We Cover

We offer a full replacement or refund if your item arrives with any of the following issues:

• Manufacturing defects (broken stitching, print errors, damaged fabric)
• Wrong item sent (wrong size, wrong design, wrong color)
• Item lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days of shipping

Your Right to Withdraw (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@europeandialects.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note that because our products are custom-printed to order, this right may not apply to items that have been personalized or clearly made to your specifications, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the Directive. Where the right to withdraw does apply, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@europeandialects.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review your request within 2 business days and offer either a full replacement or a refund — your choice.

What We Don't Cover

Because each product is custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide carefully before purchasing)
• Slight color variations due to screen display differences

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
