Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Since every EuropeanDialects product is made to order and printed specifically for you, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis with your experience as our priority.
What We Cover
We offer a full replacement or refund if your item arrives with any of the following issues:
- Manufacturing defects (broken stitching, print errors, damaged fabric)
- Wrong item sent (wrong size, wrong design, wrong color)
- Item lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days of shipping
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@europeandialects.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review your request within 2 business days and offer either a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice.
What We Don't Cover
Because each product is custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide carefully before purchasing)
- Slight color variations due to screen display differences
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please request a refund and place a new order.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
