🛍️ Orders & Products

Q : Are your products made specifically for me?
Absolutely. Every EuropeanDialects item is printed on demand — meaning your order is created individually after you place it. No generic mass production. Just your regional identity, made with care.

Q : Can I customize a design with my own name or text?
Currently our designs are fixed collections celebrating specific regional identities. However, we are working on personalization options. Stay tuned — or email us your idea and we'll consider it for a future collection.

Q : What products do you offer?
We currently offer t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, and phone cases — all featuring authentic regional and dialect-inspired designs from across Europe. New products are added regularly.

Q : The design I want isn't available in my region yet. What can I do?
Email us at support@europeandialects.com with your regional suggestion. We take every request seriously and regularly add new regions, dialects, and communities to our collection.


📏 Sizing

Q : How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We strongly recommend measuring yourself before ordering since our products are custom-made and we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.

Q : Do your sizes run large or small?
Our t-shirts and hoodies follow standard European sizing and tend to be true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Q : Are your products unisex?
Most of our apparel is unisex. Individual product pages specify the fit type. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q : How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery takes:

  • Europe : 5 to 10 business days
  • USA & Canada : 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of the World : 10 to 20 business days

Q : Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. EuropeanDialects ships to over 100 countries worldwide. Celebrating regional identity knows no borders.

Q : Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Q : My order is late. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@europeandialects.com with your order number. We'll investigate immediately and make it right.

Q : Do you cover customs and import duties?
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.


💳 Payment

Q : What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Q : Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure — one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world.

Q : Can I pay in my local currency?
Our store displays prices in Euros (EUR). Your bank or payment provider will automatically convert to your local currency at the current exchange rate.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q : Can I return my order?
Because every item is custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.

Q : My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@europeandialects.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll resolve it within 48 hours.

Q : How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Q : Who creates your designs?
Our designs are created in-house using a combination of professional design tools and AI-assisted creativity — always guided by deep respect for the regional identities and dialects we celebrate.

Q : How often do you add new designs?
We add new regional designs every week. Follow us on TikTok and Pinterest at @EuropeanDialects to be the first to discover new collections.

Q : Can I suggest a dialect or region for a future design?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Email your suggestion to support@europeandialects.com or send us a DM on TikTok or Instagram. Community suggestions have directly inspired several of our collections.


📦 Gifting

Q : Are your products good as gifts?
EuropeanDialects products make incredibly meaningful gifts — especially for people who are proud of their regional roots or living far from home. A Sicilian hoodie for a homesick friend. A Breton tote bag for a proud grandmother. A Catalan mug for a colleague who never stops talking about Barcelona.
