At EuropeanDialects, every order is printed on demand — just for you, with your regional identity proudly displayed. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from our studio to your door.

Production Time
Every item is custom-made after you place your order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships. This is what makes each piece unique — it's made specifically for you, not pulled from a generic warehouse shelf.

Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Europe: 5 to 10 business days
United States & Canada: 7 to 14 business days
Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the production facility. Don't worry — you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@europeandialects.com. We'll investigate and make it right.
